A blinking garage door sensor in Salinas almost always means the two photo-eyes aren't seeing each other. It's usually a quick alignment or cleaning.

There's a local angle to a garage door sensor blinking in Salinas: the area's coastal salt air and inland heat is hard on garage doors — salt air corrodes hardware, and inland heat strains openers. Our Salinas techs see these failures spike around every late-summer heat wave, so they track down the real cause instead of masking the symptom.
