A gap under the garage door in Utica usually means a worn bottom seal or an uneven door. Both are quick, affordable fixes.

Why does this keep happening in Utica? A lot of it comes down to the local climate. Freezing winters takes its toll — cold snaps brittle springs, and road salt corrodes hardware — so a gap under the garage door is one of the more common calls our Utica crews run.
