Why does this keep happening in Santa Rosa? A lot of it comes down to the local climate. Coastal salt air and inland heat takes its toll — salt air corrodes hardware, and daily use wears rollers — so a garage door sensor blinking is one of the more common calls our Santa Rosa crews run.
