A garage door that only opens partway in Salem often points to a tired spring, an open-limit setting, or track binding.

Living with Salem's constant damp and cold mornings means garage doors work harder here than most people realize. cold mornings stiffen rollers and moisture warps wood & seals both feed straight into a garage door only opens partway, which is why our Marion County techs treat the cause, not just the door in front of them.

Without full tension, the opener stalls before the door is up.

The opener stops early because it thinks the door is fully open.
